The Criminal Department handles felony, misdemeanor, infractions, criminal traffic and ordinance violations. The Department provides a wide range of court record keeping, information, and financial management to assist the public, attorneys and the courts in accordance with the Clerk’s constitutional and statutory functions and duties.
