Collections Agency Payments: In accordance with Florida Statute 28.246 (6)
Collections agency payments apply only to court fines, fees or costs delinquent by 90 days or more. All collections agency payments must be made directly to the collection agency who has contacted you, or to the collections agency representative in the Customer Service Department located on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex.
All other court ordered fines, fees and costs, including traffic citations that are not delinquent by 90 days or more, may be paid at the Clerk’s Customer Service counter on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex.

To find out how much you owe the Collections Agency, first, refer to the letter you received from the agency.
You can also search public court records. Once you have read and accepted the disclaimer, enter the party’s name or case number to search court records. After locating the correct court case, click on the case number or citation number and then click on the “financials” tab to view the amount owed*.

To calculate the total amount owed to the collections agency, you must add in an additional service charge as provided by Florida law. You must also pay all collections agency payments directly to the Collections Agency online, by telephone or by mail; or in person to the collections agency representative in the Customer Service Department on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex.
Always verify the total amount owed with the Collections Agency who sent you a letter.
