Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, announced the Clerk's official website has recently been redesigned, updated and renamed CollierClerk.com. Brock stated “by providing a more customer friendly website design and ‘quick links’ to handle volume transactions, he expects the new website will gain greater acceptance and use among the general public”.
By enhancing access to public information and by providing ways to quickly complete electronic transactions, Dwight Brock is looking to increase customer satisfaction, while at the same time, achieving greater operational efficiencies. The Clerk is committed to implementing proven technologies in order to streamline administrative operations as well as keep up with increased public demand for online services.
