    Purchasing performs a number of functions to support the operations of the Clerk’s office. This includes procurement of equipment, supplies and services necessary for all work sections to operate in an organized, efficient and cost effective manner.

Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court Vendors:

We continue to use DemandStar.com. This system brings together an extensive database of government agencies and vendors and enables us to improve our service to you by providing automatic bid notification and instant access to bid information via the Web.

Membership in the DemandStar.com network offers your company a number of features:

  • Receive automatic, immediate notification of Invitations to Bid and RFP’s issued by the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and any other governmental agencies in Collier County that participates in the network.

  • Be notified only of opportunities relevant to your business.

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
