Attendance Incentive Plan | Eligible for incentive if less than 2 days of sick leave is used during the calendar year. Can convert 3 days of sick leave to 2 days pay and 1 day vacation for perfect attendance.

| Medical Insurance | Choice between three options, a $300 or $500 deductible or Select option. Family coverage is also available. | Disability Insurance | Short term and long term disability plans for employees which provide 40% of basic earnings are provided at no cost to the employee. | Retirement | Retirement is paid 100% by the Clerk through the Florida Retirement System. The two available options are: 1) the Pension Plan provides benefits that are payable at age 62 and 6 years of service, or 2) the Investment Plan contributions are vested after 1 year of service. | Immediately |
